3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in US dollars and subject to change without notice
• Prices do not include shipping, handling, or applicable taxes unless stated
• We accept major credit cards, wire transfers, and approved purchase orders
• Payment is due upon order placement unless credit terms have been established
• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified

4. Orders and Shipping

Order Processing:

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
• Custom or special-order items may require additional lead time
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or inventory issues

Shipping:

• Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination
• Free shipping available on qualifying orders over $500 (contiguous US)
• Risk of loss transfers to buyer upon delivery to the carrier
• Freight shipments require a signature and inspection upon delivery

5. Returns and Refunds

Return Policy:

• Standard products may be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
• Custom-built or special-order items are non-returnable
• A restocking fee of 15-25% may apply to approved returns

Damaged or Defective Products:

• Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos
• Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing
• Defective items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion

6. Warranties

Products sold by Material Handling USA carry the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer. We do not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer. Extended warranty information is available upon request.

7. Installation Services

Professional installation services are available for an additional fee. Installation quotes are provided separately and are subject to site conditions. The customer is responsible for ensuring the installation area is accessible and prepared. Installation warranties are separate from product warranties.

8. Limitation of Liability

Material Handling USA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question. We are not responsible for improper installation, misuse, or modification of products.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Material Handling USA or its content suppliers. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

• Transmit viruses or malicious code
