MoveX  has different materials of construction for different applications

MoveX has Different diameter arms, two, three and four inch and, and what would be a good size arm for different applications. See if requirements for each arm mounting options, ceiling, wall or table mount. The web design tool is  It comes in real handy if you know that your deck heights where you’re going to mount the bracket to in the ceiling, to the finished floor, this tool here will give you the exact length bracket you’ll need for that job.

Go for CAD Revit files.

But what options for various jobs. Pressure drops. We’re one of the lowest in our and our business with pressure drops, a tax compliant fuel, extracting arms for explosives and static control. So these are three arms for the lab in the middle tax. On the left, which is it’s it’s more of a limited arm as far as any kind of articulation. It has a telescopic arm that comes out straight out with an elbow, with the one in there and just an elbow at the other side there with an external spring. And then the one in the middle would be the the one that’s mostly used in the morning.

That’s the full articulation arm

And it swivels 360. And the one on the right here would be the that’s the Mexia or wood. And that would be used for like a Bunsen burner atomic absorption type of oven or something in that order, which a high tech heat. So start started with the more that comes the two and three and four inch arm, depending upon the job that you’re going to need it for. So let’s say you’re in a nail salon or something and or it uses a lower CFM, which you would need like a two inch or it’s not it doesn’t take a lot of space. It’s easy to operate and move around.

Most labs, most laboratories would go with the MoveX three inch arm

With a three inch arm, you see firm you’re looking at like 80 anywhere from seventy five to up to like 90 CFM. And then the foreign trauma would take off up like one hundred CFM up to say one hundred and sixty or so. One hundred eighty CFM. The amount available Lancs for each arm, anywhere from forty two hundred and six inches long. MoveXcomes with the standard aluminum, which is the one to see in the photo here, the polypropylene, which should be used for any type of acidic fume light acidic from all the parts of stainless steel. On the inside of that, the ESD comes in the two inch. That’s the only MoveX model that comes in the two inch. The attacks would come in the three or four inch. The basically the same are used for the same type of material, static control, flammable fume.

It’s form is fully grown from start to finish

This has interchangeable hoods, so this this piece here that slides into the on that little aluminum piece, that’s a separate connection versus the hood. So if a customer was to just need a hood, if it broke or something happened to it or they wanted to change it for another hood, basically all they would have to do is just ordered the hood itself because this little aluminum piece fits all roads.

The standard MoveX version also has polypropylene joints

The anodized aluminum tubes, and they all come standard with a damper right near the operators at the upper convenience right there near the end of the arm. It could also be ordered without the damper, we can take the damage out here at our facility and put a plug in it. The polypropylene tubes or arm looks similar. That looks just like this here, but the only difference would be the bracket that goes up to the ceiling or the Wal-Mart would be white. Also, we have an epoxy white that we paint on these to help coat the aluminum from getting oxidized or any type of from any type of corrosive feel like our our maximum. Internal spray is up to, I believe, 50 or 60 inches or brackets come in 10 inch increments, up to 10 feet.

And like I say, with our tool only going to the Bradken and the inside of that tube, I think it’s up to five feet is the maximum length, but the external part of the MoveX tube was completely coated.

The internal parts on this MoveX  arm are three six feet tall, stainless steel and acid resistant.

And there again, it comes with the manual, Damanhur. And the Aztecs version comes in three or four, like I said, it’s all polypropylene has a polypropylene tubes and they’re against three 16 Thurles stainless steel. So if you have a combination of an acidic fume and also a flammable fume, this would be the arm to go with. Because, like I said, this thing is grounded all the way up to the bracket, remelted to the into your Ginostra or whatever. There’s a there’s a cable that grounds into that above. Above the. You’re r false ceiling is just a little gives you a little idea the inside of the joint. Pretty basic.

Now, it’s very rare that you would ever have to a customer would buy into the MoveX  ring or any of these parts.

They last pretty long as as long as you don’t tighten down on this this tension not here real hard and just enough to keep it in position. This over the last forever. So now we have the MoveX mounting options. This here is called the MGB, which is the table mounted arm, so that all your your your films would be like a downdraft system would come from the bottom of. So we come we come to the left here, we had the MTI, which should be the ceiling now at the top. You hooked it into something rigid. Like I said, either you’re distraught. You could you could drop you straight down to save on all sorts of save on freight costs to ship or to ship our BRAC bracket out.

I’m sorry to ship our brackets out here 10 feet long. Freight costs are a little expensive, especially across the country, depending upon how many jobs you have or how many arms you’ll or you’ll have for each job. That might be the way to go depending upon your situation if you can drop, uninstall or not.

This would hook into the MoveX unit or a C even a concrete ceiling, you could run lag’s into that and then drop it through there through your false ceiling and to put a template around here.

And then RR would go into that and you have your side exhaust here to the side exhaust would come in. And for depending upon if it’s a four inch, the two and three inch arms have a four inch bracket, the four inch arms have a five inch bracket. So you’re going to have on a four inch diameter. Are you going to have a five inch exhaust and out of two and three inch arm in diameter, you’re going to have a four inches lost side exhaust. And it works the same with all these here.

Same thing where this one here with the MTF. This has a telescopic top exhaust system where it would be used, let’s say, on an overhead service carrier or something in that order where you want to slide this to the underside. Of the service carrier and a flush on the inside, and it run this through your your sheetmetal, your arm through the sheet metal up into the bracket, then. And every Wal-Mart standard, Wal-Mart coming down with this ducting.

And then this is the the MoveX MBK 1000

It is a 40 inch vertical bracket which comes off here and goes through your full ceiling and it has a top exhaust. It just gives it a cleaner look. That’s the only reason that that’s the only difference. Cost is probably list. I’m thinking it’s maybe one hundred dollars more or less somewhere in there, roughly. This gives you a better picture of what it looks like, your empty bracket to the left, your MTF there in the center with the telescopic and then your wall bracket.

This is the MoveX 1000

This is the MBK. One thousand, like I said, with the to the 40 inch tube that goes above the false ceiling. This just gives you a little comparison of what our arms look like in the field, and this is a mini tax with a bracket going up, is our competitor kind of has a lot going on up here. So actually, this arm of the left ear is one of our older arms. They call this the Terfel back in the day, if you take notice. The joints come to a cone here, they’ve redesigned it and now it’s called the Metti, so now our pressure drop has dropped in half of what it used to be just because of the reconstruction of the joints. We have better airflow now going through the joints.

This is just another MoveX job here.

The overhead service that’s like I was saying, was that the MTF with the telescopic, you could run some you right above here, above the overhead service carrier, slide it down. So that is flush against the underside of that. Your service carrier, all you have to do is drill a four or five inch circle hole and then run this directly through that and then screw directly into the end of the bracket. And our brackets are threaded on all four corners from start to finish. So if you get to the job of the brackets a little too long, all you would have to do is just cut off the one end at any length you would need. That’s just kind of explaining what I was telling you with your insurance carrier.

It’s a drawing here of basically  the MoveX drawing to the left.

Would be the service carrier with the BRAC and dropping straight down through. And then they are attaching all of that With the Trembly. would really need to know it at the most would be it’s kind of a combination of a it’s hard to read A and B. And that would be your deck heights above the finish floor, and that’s all I’m really going to need as far as measurements to know what length bracket you’re going to need for the job, unless it’s a special job where let’s say and that’s basically at a thirty six inch table, you know, unless the table would be forty eight inches or something. And our little little odd little different than I would, I would need to know that also.

This here is just kind of thrown in here, the situation where they didn’t have a deck, they didn’t have it, they couldn’t get through, there was too much plumbing going out above the the false ceiling.

So what they did was it took a piece of plywood, reinforced all four corners of the false ceiling, put a piece of plywood in that two by two area above the false ceiling, and then cut a hole the same diameter, same size as that MTF bracket, the telescopic bracket. And ran screw’s down at three quarter board into the three quarter plywood. To hold that center piece there and then rain screws into the side tracking. Into the plywood from the side in, and that’ll keep it from flopping around and moving back and forth. This is just kind of a rarity situation where, when there’s a lot of plumbing above, you can’t get through the the water lines or the electrical or situation. This would this would come in hand and that would would work for.

This is just explaining the correct way. To mount the MoveX arm

when you’re looking directly at the arm, the black knobs should be to the right side. Reason being, if the black knobs are to the left side, these are spring-loaded. These are preloaded inside the joint, the first joint that mounts to the bracket. Has an eternal spring, if it’s loaded incorrectly when you come in, when when the end user comes in the morning, that arm is going to be pressing facing the floor because those springs are directional springs to face upward. And if there are installed backwards, obviously, it’s going to push the arm down rather than up. So that’s this is kind of an important thing, there’s a there’s a little tab on the arm itself, a little black tab that needs to come off, but that kind of shows you the direction of the arm and how it should be installed.

Back to the many.

This is a good job for higher CFM. Obviously has a low pressure drop is good for a light dust particle in a situation where a customer might be dumping, let’s say, a powder or something into a drum or something in that order and they get a light dust, you could put a 14 inch hood over the end of this year. And and it’s going to pull that few and that dust or light fume out of the area real, real fast because you can get two hundred fifty or so CFM out of this. No problem.

There’s that same MoveX arm.

Now back to the high temperatures, the R is the Roundwood, and the only difference is the AAF is a rectangle. Use both telescopic vertically and horizontally can be mounted on the wall or with a ceiling bracket. And it comes with a five foot high tempo’s like there’s a photo in here of a fitness job, that’s the hose that would come with when you would order order these. It comes through with this. You’re going to see this like dryer vent hose here. We pull that out, replace it with a better quality hose. This kind of shows you the dimensions of the hood. It also shows you that the ceiling bracket here, which should be it takes a that’s the model that in part number and it comes in five different lengths, up to 60 inches or 59.

This here is the this is a design I was telling you about, and this year in metric, I should change this over and put it in inches, but.

Basically, what this is, is if you know your decades when the finished floor up to the deck, and if you have an idea of what arm your customer needs or wants, you know, the diameter they’re looking to capture to use, all we need would be the arm and then your deck. And I could fit that in and I could do it, although exactly what length bracket you need for this job. And we can go over that, too, if you guys want to learn how to use that, it’s not a big deal. This here, this goes back to the many texts that should have been in a different spot, but this just gives you your working radius. For that many techs, that one with a telescopic arm. Some of the CAD drawings, the stuff I don’t know,  or Revit

This goes in the way of hoods, basically, there’s a flat screen hood captures more of a heavier feel, the square hood.

Then around Dalton, which is a basic good and and then the bottom will be Metalhead shows you like a little bit about the pressure drop we talked about earlier. If you could see that it’s not a concept anymore. It’s more of a roundish shaped joint.

It’s kind of gives you a graph of what what our pressure drops are versus our competitors.

That, you know, at the CFA and the equal CFA or eighty five CFA. Gives you the two different graphs here. See if I can get this to work. This just gives you an idea using a three AJAM, eighty five CFM, basically what they can tell you here is. You can get the same fume extraction from a three inch as you get a four inch. With less CFF.

Really, basically, we only need a forage extractor when the conditions are very specific in, you know, the Speck or whatever they’re looking for.

This here is just a portable kit.

It comes with the help of filter. You can get it in a two and a three inch diameter arm. Yeah, they come in handy, like legacy nail salons, like soldering things like that.

It was just a couple of jobs, job sites that we’ve done gets kind of see this one here, it’s a standard arm, aluminum arm, and they had the bracket painted white to match the ceiling. So it all blends together.  it’s amazing how things blend into the ceiling when they’re painted the right color.

That’s that has the the MoveX metal hood on it there.

Those are those are foreign jobs, those are the bigger arms there. This is like we’re talking about the undestroyed dropping you to strut down toward to our that’s our plate. They’re. To the bracket coming down.

This one to the right here, it’s called a MoveX dual exhaust, so you have one bracket coming down and then two arms off each bracket, two, three inch arms.

So the one to the left is, is that one of those Max Alars we were talking about the high tech hood with the ceiling bracket. And the hose going up through the discussion plate at the top.

And the right would be a. There’s and became one thousand just kind of a sample of what it would look like installed on the right there, the ceiling bracketing the false ceiling.

A million and a half dollars worth of inventory at our facility and like like that.

You know, we have it here at most. You’re looking at probably four to six weeks to get it in. If it’s a huge order. You know, most huge orders, you know, that’s plenty of time anyway, because, you know, if they’re ordering into twenty, twenty two or whatever the project is going to start to, then anyway, most of the time, you know, but good.

We do exhaust, also exhaust for automotive exhaust, fuel extraction and also welding. Welding also.

a lot of universities, things like that, but well, that’s a good market for us as well. The university is it. what it’s going to be used for. You know, if it’s going to be a standard for you, a corrosive fume or a static control. Flammable fume. get it out to you probably in two days. Three days max
